How do I connect with your global community?

Every client has access to our members forum. So you can post questions, your results, motivation or answers and connect and communicate with other members at any time. You’re bound to forge new friendships with other like minded, passionate, positive minded healthy people that can support and hold you accountable.

Are your meal plans created by a nutritionist?

Yes, our qualified nutritionist developed our meal plans for our members. They are delicious, healthy and easy to shop for and quick to make.

How long is my membership for?

Each membership term is for 12 months. This can be paid in full or monthly.

What happens when my 12 month membership finishes?

Your credit card will be automatically rebilled for the next 12 month period (either in full or monthly depending on your existing payment structure).

Do you offer refunds?

No. Once you become a member you have complete access to everything. Keep in mind that we have been working personally with thousands of clients each month since 2006. We suggest you review our website and youtube channel so that you are totally confident of our team and programs before you join us.

What are covered in the 90 day challenges?

Will I need equipment?

At times. We recorded our workouts with little of no equipment in mind. So you don’t need a reformer or trap table. You can do our workouts at home, in a hotel or in the office. Some workouts may have some equipment and we provide the details of what you’ll need and links to our store if you need to buy them.

How do I exit my subscription at the end of my 12 months so I know I won’t be charged after that time?

If you wish to cancel your subscription at the end of your 12 months, simply email your request to support@pilatesandbarre.me before the end of your 12 months.

How do I cancel or suspend my membership?

You can not exit your weekly or annual subscription at any time.
It is a 12 month subscription only.
At the end of your 12 months you can email us to stop or you can choose to continue.
